the beautiful room was clean.. everything felt fresh and new. the hotel also has an excellent location right near the beach. the staff at the reception desk were very helpful when i needed assistance with directions.
the minibar in my room only had one bottle of sprite upon arrival. i also noticed the pool water felt quite cold, even when the weather was warm.

The hotel staff showed great cooperation. The reception manager, Mr Alaa, provided excellent service. Mr Mohamed Taha, the guest relations manager, was very helpful.. I noticed multiple beautifully designed swimming pools. The hotel also had Sphynx cats, housed next to the swimming pool in a clean environment.
The pool water was freezing cold. The christmas dinner cost 73 euro, even though I had all inclusive. I left the dinner early as it was not worth the cost. The F&B manager offered some wine and another dinner as partial compensation.

The staff were helpful. the food at marrakesh restaurant was excellent. I especially liked the variety. the room was clean.
The pool water was cold. the christmas dinner cost extra. This was unexpected. the cleaning felt inconsistent.

the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. the meals were very good, clean, and delicious. the beach was wonderful. all staff were respectful and helpful (i really appreciated that).
i noticed some upselling attempts upon arrival. it would be better to avoid this pressure and maintain a more relaxed atmosphere.

The restaurants provided really good food with many options. I think there were seven or eight. the staff are elite and very friendly. the atmosphere was so relaxing and comfy. I could not have asked for more. i was grateful for mr akram from reception and mr mohamed from guest relations, they helped me a lot.
the minibar included soft drinks, but there was a charge per can, making it a bit costly compared to nearby shops.
