the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. the meals were very good, clean, and delicious. the beach was wonderful. all staff were respectful and helpful (i really appreciated that).
i noticed some upselling attempts upon arrival. it would be better to avoid this pressure and maintain a more relaxed atmosphere.

the restaurant had a good variety of options, including vegetarian dishes. there were multiple stations serving different cuisines, such as italian, asian, and egyptian. i really liked the availability of fresh fruit at every meal.

the resort is close to the airport, making transfers easy. the property also had direct beach access, i thought this was very convenient. several shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.

The restaurants provided really good food with many options. I think there were seven or eight. the staff are elite and very friendly. the atmosphere was so relaxing and comfy. I could not have asked for more. i was grateful for mr akram from reception and mr mohamed from guest relations, they helped me a lot.
the minibar included soft drinks, but there was a charge per can, making it a bit costly compared to nearby shops.
